Gearbox Testing
durability, NVH and shift quality testing of gearboxes, using specialised gearbox test rigs with electric drive motors or using an associated engine to provide drive.
Exhaust System Testing
exhaust system sign-off including hot durability with either critical resonance sweep or thermal cycling (running full, uncut exhaust systems), cold durability, noise and vibration qualification with drive-by development.
Axle Testing
fully loaded road profile simulation or steady durability and NVH testing of axles and drive-lines from small passenger cars through to large trucks and off-road machines.
Cooling System Testing
dedicated facilities for intercooler, coolers and radiator testing - thermal fatigue, pressure pulsation, high flow erosion, vibrational fatigue and performance - together with cooling installation assessment and testing for in-vehicle sign-off.
Emissions Testing
gaseous and particulate emissions to Euro IV and equivalent specifications. SMPS particulate size measurement and scanning electron microscope analysis of particulates.
