- Bending and Torsion - Measurement of bending and torsional stiffness, including body deformation.
- 4-Poster Testing - Hydropulse testing of body structures using 4 channel electro-hydraulic test rigs that can be used in body coupled configuration or driven through the tyres for a more representative input.
- Modal Analysis - Multiple input - multiple output testing of body structures for correlation with FE models and identification of potential noise and vibration issues.
- Joint Stiffness Analysis - fatigue and ultimate strength testing of welded, bolted and bonded joints.
- Seat Anchorage Testing - testing to all current European and Federal regulations, and similar to validate that floor attachment points are adequate.
- Simulated Durability Sign-off - testing of the full vehicle on the ride simulator using measured data acquired from test track based data acquisition.
- Closures Durability - cyclic and key life testing of doors, bonnet and boot/tailgate.
